Its been just about 3 months since my last update and my photo folder
is overflowing with pics to share. I’m going to try
something novel and break this up into a few short blips shared over the
week. Humor me . . . it’s my birthday
week!
In
the last 3 months, we’ve celebrated seven birthdays in
our family and that’s not counting the one I completely missed last week
(a very belated Happy Birthday shout out to my sister-in-law Marianne!!!) and that
other one
coming up this week (wondering whose that is, reread above!).
First was Jack and Hope’s 4th birthday, then our
nephew Jimmy (double digits-when did that happen?) who also shares his birthday
with my dad, then came the BIRTHday of our new niece and nephew Josey and
Danny, which was soon followed up by Erin’s first birthday.
Phew.
No wonder when I asked Jack yesterday if he wanted to go to a housewarming party, his response was “Party, will I get to eat birthday cake?”

One of the big 4 year olds!
Jack got to take munchkins to pre-school. Not the most amazing photo. He wasn't so cooperative when I tried to delay his entrance into school.
Hope's school was closed that day so she was treated to a special birthday breakfast with Mom and Dad. It's as if the bounce house was custom fit for our backyard.
Saying hello to Josey and Danny!
Some of Erin's little buddies at her birthday party -- babies of my childhood friends Dana (twins Raegan and Reilly) and Sharon (Cooper) -- click on this one for a close up -- their faces are priceless.
The consequence of being the third child . . . this is the only photo I got of Erin's beautiful cake . . .
The benefit of being our 3rd child . . . we left her solo with the smash cupcake and boy did she enjoy it. (click on photo to make it larger and see the damage she did)
